Gwyn joined the Bluegrass Elderlaw team in 2024. She grew up in Lexington and has a B.S. in Paralegal Studies. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in her church as a bereavement minister, assisting people through the funeral process. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and gardening.

In 2024, Gwyn welcomed two grandchildren and a daughter-in-law into her family. She also enjoyed a trip to Italy with her husband for their 35th anniversary.

Our attorneys and other staff members had a wonderful year too!

Tracy McIntosh

As Tracy is a deacon at Second Presbyterian Church, she helped her church staff, leadership, and congregants be trained so that the church could be designated as a dementia friendly by Dementia Friendly Lexington.

Grace Jeter

Paralegal & Marketing Coordinator

This year, Grace and her husband Justin welcomed a new addition to their family - a playful kitten named Percival! Outside her work at Bluegrass Elderlaw, Grace has been focused on her work as Chair of the Kentucky Statewide Independent Living Council, working to expand its impact.
