The exclusive venue for any arbitration proceeding shall be Lexington, Kentucky. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Pending the completion of arbitration, BGEL may seek any interim or preliminary relief necessary to protect its rights or property from any court of competent jurisdiction. Any action related to the Website will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

This website is not designed for usage outside of the United States of America.
