UPDATED 9/15/2020: Coronavirus COVID-19

UPDATED September 15, 2020

Our office is seeing clients in person and virtually! Our office is currently back to its normal hours of 8:30am to 5:30pm.

  • To meet with us in person, call the office and make an appointment. We are working to stagger clients to minimize the number of people in the office. If you are coming in, you will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of your visit. If you cannot mask due to a medical condition, we can provide you with a face shield.

  • Meet with us virtually! We are meeting with clients over FaceTime, Zoom, Skype, Teams, or whatever platform you prefer. If you have a computer or a smart phone, we can still see each other. We can do client meetings and document signings this way. If you need help setting this up, just give us a call!

  • Now is the perfect time to get your plans completed because many of us have more free time than we did before!

SAFETY MEASURES IN OUR OFFICE

In light of the current school and court closings and concerns regarding the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want our clients to know that Bluegrass Elderlaw, PLLC is taking the following measures to keep our clients, staff, and families safe and healthy:

  1. Our staff is washing hands before and after every client meeting.

  2. Hand sanitizer is available in our lobby and in all conference rooms. We have three sinks with soap available for handwashing.

  3. Our staff is cleaning all tables, chairs, door handles and other common surfaces between all client meetings.

  4. We are embracing social distancing. We are skipping handshakes and hugs with clients and staff. We are still very happy to see you!

  5. If you are scheduled to come in, but you do not feel well, please do not come. We can accommodate you with a phone or video conference. Or if you would rather reschedule, our staff can work with you to find a good time. If you come in and are displaying signs of illness, please understand that we will ask you to leave and reschedule your appointment.

  6. If you would prefer not to come in for safety reasons, please let us know. We can work with you to arrange a phone or video conference, if possible, or help you reschedule your appointment.

We will update you as things change. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns. We are all in this together. We are committed to the safety of our clients, staff, and families.

OUR OFFICE HOURS

We plan to keep our office open for scheduled clients. In the event, we decide to close indefinitely, scheduled clients will be notified.

COURT HEARINGS

We are still learning more as the courts prepare to close for all but essential hearings. If you have a hearing scheduled, we will be in touch when we know something.
