If you know someone experiencing elder abuse or neglect in Kentucky, you have a duty to report it. KRS 209.030 requires any person who has a reasonable suspicion that an adult has been abused, neglected, or exploited to report verbally or in writing.

Our first recommendation is to report the matter to the police. If the elderly individual resides in Fayette County, Kentucky, you can directly contact the detective who looks into these matters:
